HOW TO APPLY

1. Apply Rouge Artist For Ever Matte to the center of the upper lip following the lip outline and do the same on the center of the lower lip.
2. Apply Rouge Artist For Ever Matte starting from each outer corner to the center of the lower lip. Do the same with the upper lip.
