What it does:

The intense colour payoff eyeliner pen by Lancôme comes with a long-lasting and smudge-proof formula that can be applied directly on bare skin or on top of any eyeshadow. It is a rich liquid smudge-proof eyeliner that comes with a foam felt-tip applicator making it easy for the user to create a cat eye or a cut-crease makeup look with ease. The best liquid eyeliner pen, the Artliner enhances the eyes, lasts longer, and offers three different effects - matte, metallic and vinyl.

How To Apply
Apply close to the lashes for a super tight Line, or build to create a dramatic cat-eye or winged-out eye look.
Use the lashes as a guide, by resting then pressing the side of the applicator.
Use the applicator tip to fill in gaps between lashes, or use thick, bolder lines for a dramatic night-time feel.
