What is the Return & Exchange Period?

For eligible items, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order for a smooth and hassle-free process.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

  • Item(s) must be in their full original condition as received — unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Item(s) must have all original tags attached, including:
    • product tags
    • brand labels
    • security tag loop (plastic or metal loop with a security tag) – where applicable
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box or packaging.
  • Item(s) must be complete — all accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
  • To be eligible for a return, please make sure the security tag loop remains intact and all return conditions are met. If the tag is removed or tampered with, the return may be rejected or the refund amount may be reduced by up to 30% of the paid price.

    Quality Check

    Once your item is picked up, it goes through a Quality Check (QC) to make sure it meets our return requirements.

    Your refund may be affected if the item:

  • Is damaged
    • Includes accidental/deliberate damage, or damage caused by external factors.
  • Is Incorrect or Different Item
    • Does not match the product originally shipped or the item shown in the listing.
  • Has missing parts or components
    • Such as: accessories, packaging, manuals, or required materials.
  • Is missing original tags or security tag loop
    • If the security tag loop is removed, damaged, or missing, a deduction of up to 70% of the paid item price may apply based on QC findings.
  • Includes extra or unknown items
    • Items or quantities included in the return that were not part of the original return request, or items from mismatched or unknown brands.
  • Belongs to non-returnable categories
    • Items that belong to categories that cannot resold for hygiene or safety reasons, such as beauty products.
  • Refund Process for Returns

    Refunds are processed based on your original payment method after the returned item successfully passes Quality Check (QC) :

  • Debit & Credit Card Payments: Refunds are processed directly to your bank account. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Tabby or Tamara Payments: Refunds are issued directly to your Tabby or Tamara account and should reflect within 24 hours.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds are credited to your Namshi Wallet as soon as the return is completed.
  • Return Misuse & Abuse Policy

    To keep our returns process fair and smooth for everyone, we occasionally review return activity on accounts.

    If a repeated or abusive return behavior was noticed, it may lead to:

  • Return fees being applied to future orders
  • Limits on free returns for the account
  • In rare cases, refusal of return requests if the issue continues
  • This may include patterns such as:

  • Frequently returning used, damaged, or non-eligible items
  • Returning incorrect or mismatched products
  • An unusually high number of returns that may suggest misuse

  • Beauty Products: These items are non-returnable as per our policy. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
  • Exchanges: We offer a one-time exchange for size-related issues. If the exchanged size is still not suitable, you can choose to return the item instead.

    Some items are shipped with a Security Tag Loop, which is a plastic or metal loop attached to the product.

    To ensure your item remains eligible for return:

  • Do not remove, or tamper with the security tag loop.
  • Try on the item while keeping the loop intact.
  • The security tag loop must be returned in its original condition and position.
  • If the security tag loop is missing, removed, tampered with, or damaged, the return may:

  • Fail Quality Check (QC)
  • May be partially refunded by up to 30% of the paid price, depending on the QC assessment

    UAE and KSA Return Timeline:

    Once your return is submitted, the item will be picked up within 2 days, and a refund will be initiated within 2 days after pickup.

    Refund Process:

  • Debit & Credit Card Payments: Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed directly to your bank account. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Tabby or Tamara Payments: Refunds will appear in your Tabby or Tamara account within 24 hours once the return is approved.
  • Cash on Delivery: For cash on delivery payments, refunds will be credited to your Namshi Wallet once the return is approved.
  • GCC (Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait) Return Timeline:

    Once your return is submitted, the item will be picked up within 4-5 business days, and the refund will be initiated within 4-5 business days after pickup.

    Refund Process:

  • Debit & Credit Card Payments: Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed directly to your bank account. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Cash on Delivery: For cash on delivery payments, refunds will be credited to your Namshi Wallet once the return is approved.
  • Refunds are initiated after item pickup and successful Quality Check (QC).

  • The item(s) will be collected within 1–2 days in the United Arab Emirates and within 1–2 business days in Saudi Arabia. The refund process will begin on the same day as the pickup and may take up to 2 business days in the UAE and up to 5 business days in KSA to be fully processed.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued directly to your bank account. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • GCC (Oman, Qatar, Bahrain & Kuwait) :

  • Items will be collected within 4-5 business days and will be returned to the warehouse within 4-5 business days from the pickup date.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued directly to your bank account. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.

    Q: If paid by cash

    A: Refunds will be processed to your Namshi wallet immediately once the return is approved, which can be used for future purchases or transferred to your bank account.
