A stovetop espresso maker that can make up to six cups of coffee. Fill the bottom part with water to just under the valve. Fill the filter with ground espresso coffee up to approx. 3 mm under the rim and place the filter in the bottom part. Check that the rubber ring is fitted and screw both parts together. Place the coffee pot on a low setting on a heat source, but not on induction, and be sure that the percolator is stable. Lift the lid carefully after 7 to 10 minutes to check if the coffee is done. Caution: the steam is hot. When cleaning after use, pay particular attention to the filters.
