The adjustment pot is sensitive. It may be damaged by hard and rough impacts. You need to make adjustments without applying force.

This module is made with TP4056 lipo charging chip. It can charge 1-cell lithium batteries or charge batteries connected in parallel. TP4056 can perform precise charging with its simple circuit structure. This module has a fully automatic charging mechanism. It is made of SMD materials.

Apart from battery charging, there is also a voltage boosting circuit in the circuit. The output voltage can be adjusted with the small pot on the card. The load output voltage is factory set to 9V. You can connect the 4V battery voltage to the load by increasing it to 27V. Turning the pot clockwise increases the voltage. At 2V battery voltage, voltage boosting stops automatically. You can use the output currents as 5V 1.4A, 9V 0.8A, 12V 0.6A.

The module is capable of self-regulation current. It is possible to charge between 100mA and 1000mA. The charging current is set as 1A. If you want, you can change the current value by changing the resistance.

The module receives the supply voltage from micro USB or the power input pads on the card. Test current can be measured from the input side. Charging current should be 0.37 of the battery capacity. It is appropriate to charge a 1A battery with a maximum of 0.4A. Charging with high currents in a shorter period of time will damage the battery.

The wires to be used in power supply and battery connections must be of high quality. Poor quality cables will affect the charging current due to their resistance. The red LED indicator works while charging. When the charging is finished, the green indicator LED turns on and it is understood that the charging is finished. Charging voltage should not be over 5V. Supply voltage exceeding 5V will cause heat. This causes the charging current to decrease. The integrated temperature of 60 degrees is normal.

Use of :

    The card is powered from the Micro USB socket or IN+- inputs.

    The battery cell to be charged is connected to B+ and B- pins.

    Load can be connected from Out+ and Out- pins. Load voltage adjustment is made with the potentiometer.

    The red LED turns on while charging. When charging is finished, the green LED turns on.

    Never charge batteries with a rating greater than 1C.
