Which band color / resistance is suitable for you is determined by your physical condition. Choose the tape that allows you to do 15 repetitions. Tan and yellow tapes are generally used for rehabilitation purposes (post-operative use). Red and green bands are generally used in protective exercise programs for women. Men generally use green and blue bands and should switch to black bands as they progress. Silver and gold bands are used in competitive sports. •Keep the tapes away from sharp objects. Rings, long sharp nails and hard parts of sneakers can damage the bands. Before use, be sure to check the tapes for scratches, tears or holes that may cause the tape to deteriorate. •Do not use plastic clips and buckles. Improper equipment increases the risk of disintegration during exercise and threatens exercise safety. Do not expose the tapes to direct sunlight and high temperatures. •During exercises, the bands may get wet; in this case, some powder is sufficient to prevent the bands from sticking together. •If the tapes are stuck together, wash them with soap, dry them flat and lying down, then apply talcum powder. • Exercise bands are not toys; it is recommended that children be supervised while using them. •Avoid using the bands too short. If you do not want the exercises with the bands to cause any danger, your preference should be 1.5-2m. It is recommended that you do not stretch the bands to 3 times their original length. For example, it is not recommended to increase a 30cm band to 90 cm.
