Desert chomps teethers are made from 100% natural non-splintering beech wood and food grade non-toxic soft silicone beads that are also anti-bacterial aaaand anti-fungal. They also do not absorb any odors nor do they promote the growth of mold. Our teethers are also free from bpa, lead, cadmium, phthalates, pvc and latex. Safety is extremely important to us so we've made sure that all our teethers are fda approved and have been individually tested to meet european and middle eastern safety standards.
Our beech wooden elements have been naturally polished to a shiny smooth finish and has been left raw (in its natural state) to avoid the risk of any possible allergens. However you can condition your wooden teethers with virgin coconut oil, olive oil or natural beeswax to help replenish the wood.

Please take note that with any beech wooden elements that it should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth to avoid water being absorbed in to the wood. All teethers are packaged in a reusable 100% cotton pouch and stamped with our desert chomps logo in non-toxic permanent ink.
