The Bialetti Brikka is a unique stovetop coffee maker designed to produce an intense espresso coffee with a rich crema on top. Made in Europe by Bialetti, the inventor of the original Moka pot, this coffee maker is recognizable by the iconic gentleman with a mustache. It is easy to use: simply fill the boiler with water using the included measuring cup, add coffee to the filter, close the pot, and place it on the stove. The Brikka is suitable for gas cooktops, electric stovetops, and propane camping stoves. For induction cooktops, an adaptor plate is required. The 2-cup version produces 3.38 oz of espresso. Cleaning is simple, requiring only water and no detergents.
