HOW TO APPLY

As a nighttime eyelash conditioning serum: As a mascara primer base coat:

Apply from roots to tips of eyelashes, but do not wait until Cils Booster XL is dry before coating lashes with mascara.

Coat lashes with mascara for desired look, or until white mascara is no longer visible.

For optimal color, intensity, and a false-lash look, apply two coats of mascara primer to bottom and top lashes before applying mascara.

As a nighttime eyelash conditioning serum:

After cleansing the face and finishing your normal nighttime beauty routine, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes.

Allow it to fully dry before sleep.
