For optimal results and enjoyable experience, we suggest to: • Add 250-450ml of cold water into rite. bottle or a glass. • Open the 8g sachet and pour the powder. • Strongly shake the bottle for 30 sec or stir until complete dissolution. • If using a glass, use a spoon or electric whisk to mix until the contents dissolve. • Wait for 30 seconds before consuming for the fiber to dissolve. • It can also be added into smoothies or mocktail recipes. • You can go up to 3 servings per day.
