Note: Before using the mold, we recommend using stretch film and spreading the dough on it. You can adjust the thickness of the dough according to you. 

So how will you prepare your perfect kibbeh using our apparatus? 

Here is the answer...

1 - Open the folding main apparatus. Put your dough into 4+4= 8 molds by laying a plastic bag or stretch film on both wings.

2 - Press the dough with the other auxiliary apparatus and ensure that the dough is pitted. 

3 - Fill one side of the main apparatus with a sufficient amount of meatball mortar.

4 - Fold the apparatus and press it.

5 - Open the apparatus you folded and lift the bag and take your meatballs out of the mold comfortably.  

You can cook your stuffed meatballs and enjoy them.
